How to use it

Heat water
Boil some water and pour it into a glass.
Soak for 5 min
Place snorley in the hot water until the core turns slightly translucent.
Fit it
Remove it by the handle and place it against your lower teeth.
Bite & done
Bite down gently – snorley moulds to fit. Insert it before bed.
